Welcome to Casa Del Jazmín Dawn & Wayne's Bed & Breakfast & Self-Catering apartment is in the picturesque village of Villanueva Del Trabuco which is in the heart of Andalucia in Southern Spain. The accommodation we provide is either a self contained 2 bed apartment with separate entrance and it's own private terrace where you will find sun loungers, a table and chairs and a BBQ. All towels will be provided (not beach towels), and bed linen changed every three days. The views from the terrace are spectacular, ideal for relaxing and eating out on those warm, balmy summer evenings. For those wishing to have a more relaxing holiday we can offer a full English or continental breakfast for a small charge. Our B&B accommodation is in our twin bedded guest room with private en-suite shower-room. All towels will be provided (not beach towels), and bed linen will be changed every three days. The room also has Tea making facilities, TV, DVD player and a hair dryer. Included is a full English or Continental breakfast served in the dining room. There is also a comfortable lounge area with bar where you can relax and have a drink. Casa Del Jazmín is in the old part of the village within walking distance of all shops, bars and restaurants. It is also 2 minutes walk from the open air swimming pool which is open mid June to mid September, set in beautiful gardens with a bar/restaurant. The area around Villanueva del Trabuco is fantastic for walking, mountain bikes, trail bikes, quads, bird watching, hunting, fishing and shooting, depending on the seasons. The surrounding areas have many golf courses, the nearest being Antequera, where there is an 18 hole par 72 golf course, which is a 25 minute drive away. We are ideally situated between Granada airport and Malaga airport and are in the very best location to discover Andalucia. Granada, Sevilla, Ronda, Antequera and all locations along the Costa del Sol are within easy driving distance, with travelling times ranging from 40 minutes to 2 hours. Ronda with it's old and new towns, ancient bullring and Puente Nuevo is one hour away as is Granada with it's fantastic Alhambra Palace and Sierra Nevada ski resorts. The Village of Villanueva del Trabuco is a lovely Andalusian Pueblo Blanco or "White Village" and has a fantastic new Plaza mayor or Town Square. There are plenty of bars, shops, cafes and Mexican, Italian, English and Spanish restaurants, enough to keep everyone happy. |

AIRPORT PICK UP & DROP OFF SERVICE We provide an airport pick up & drop off service, from either Malaga or Granada airports to our b & b €45 each way. For a quote for anything else please phone or e-mail us. WALKING & HIKING Villanueva Del Trabuco is dominated by mountain ranges & there is some spectacular scenery. The area is rich in wildlife & flora and is an ideal base for walkers. There are many established walking routes & we will only be to happy to drop you off & pick you up at any area you wish to go walking. There are local walks in the mountains that surround the village, we will be only to happy to take you and show you the area and take in the fantastic views. We will also provide you with a packed lunch and a mobile phone in case of emergencies. HORSE RIDING We are able to arrange horse riding from a local stables. Please let us know and we will be happy to make all arrangements for you. We will take you to the stables and pick you up after your ride. LOCAL TRIPS AVAILABLE During your stay we can offer excursions to places of interest such as Granada, El Torcal and the Costa Del Sol or places of your choice. We will do a full day excursion sightseeing up the surrounding mountains on to El Torcal then to lake Ardales in Antequera a packed lunch will be provided with drinks. If you are planning a trip to Granada to visit the Alhambra Palace it is best to book your tickets on-line before you arrive here as it gets very busy during the summer months. |
